that is one of the favourite sticky rice dishes with BRAISED DUCK SOURCE . The duck was cooked with high soup for hours and they took out the meat and use the source from the soup to cook with the sticky rice together with mushrooms and dried shrimp. The leave covering the rice provides it with a herb smell which is very very nice.

The prawn is very good too. they called it the GOLDEN prawn. The fresh prawn is marinated with the egg yolk of THOUSAND YEAR OLD EGG and yeast and then with the silk skills of the cook , they quickly deep fried without overcook .
